By accessing or using MyGiveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Meta Platforms, Inc. policies.

2. Description of Service

MyGiveaway provides automated tools for choosing random winners from Instagram comments using official Meta APIs. To use our service, you must own an Instagram Professional/Business account connected to a Facebook Page.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the application for any illegal activities, fraud, or manipulation of giveaway results. We are not responsible for how you handle your giveaways, prizes, or relations with your followers.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". MyGiveaway shall not be liable for any temporary service disruptions caused by Meta Graph API limitations, rate limits, or Heroku hosting maintenance.
